Description
The Sumitomo (SHI) DEMAG Systec 210-580-840 Servo is a robust hydraulic injection moulding machine designed for demanding series production. Built in 2015, the machine is described by the supplier as being in excellent condition. With 2,100 kN clamping force, a 45 mm screw and 358 cm³ shot volume, it is suitable for a broad range of technical plastic components.
The NC3 control provides clear and reliable process operation. Equipment includes twelve integrated hot-runner circuits, 28 electrical temperature-control valves, two cascade controls, a connection to the central drying system and three temperature-control units rated up to 160 °C.
