Description
The Sumitomo (SHI) Demag IntElect2 100/470-250 is a modern all-electric injection moulding machine for precise, energy-efficient plastics processing. With 1,000 kN clamping force, injection unit 250 and a 30 mm screw, it is well suited to demanding series production requiring reliable process control.
The enlarged 470 x 470 mm tie-bar distance and mould height of up to 550 mm provide a versatile mould space. The wear-protected plasticising unit with bimetallic barrel, 16-zone hot-runner control and integrated mould cooling support stable production processes.
The scope of supply includes a Sumitomo Demag SDR 5S H&P 3-axis linear robot, two HB-Therm Thermo-5 temperature-control units and integrated conveyor equipment, including an additional Z conveyor and sprue sorter. The system also provides modern interfaces for digital connectivity, process monitoring and peripheral equipment.
