KraussMaffei KM 250-1000 CX with extensive process equipment
This hydraulic injection moulding machine, built in 2009, provides 2,500 kN clamping force, a 50 mm screw and 393 g shot weight. Its MC5 control supports clear machine operation and process control.
The equipment includes two core pulls on the moving and fixed platen, accumulator technology, active back-pressure control, PV control, twelve temperature-control zones and comprehensive functions for process monitoring and cycle-data analysis. A pneumatic blow-off valve and additional production-oriented control functions are also included.
The machine has been inspected and is available. It is located in Hanover, Germany. Inspection and technical consultation are possible by appointment.
