Description
The FANUC ROBOSHOT Alpha S220iA is an all-electric injection moulding machine designed for precise and energy-efficient series production. Built in 2019, the machine is described by the supplier as being in like-new condition and has only 399 operating hours.
The FANUC 31i-B CNC control features a 15-inch touchscreen, SI units and password-protected operator levels. Process functions include AI pressure profile control, AI metering control, AI mould and ejector protection, backflow monitoring, high-precision V/P switchover, automatic mould-height adjustment, two-stage ejector control, energy-consumption measurement and automatic material purging.
Further equipment includes a four-circuit flow meter, hopper slide, three-colour LED signal lamp, three independent air valves, eight digital outputs, eleven digital inputs, pre-injection/injection compression and cascade valve-gate control for up to eight valves. The Euromap 67 interface allows robot integration; no robot is included. The user manual and warning labels are in Hungarian. Price on request.
