The ARBURG 570 C 2000-800, built in 2015, is a powerful hydraulic injection moulding machine with 2,000 kN clamping force. A tie-bar spacing of 570 × 570 mm, 795 × 795 mm platens and a maximum platen distance of 950 mm provide flexibility for a wide range of moulds.
The wear-resistant 55 mm screw provides an injection volume of 474 cm³ and a shot weight of 434 g PS. Equipment includes two hydraulic core pulls, a sorting unit, extended mould protection and movements as well as production control and order change.
